Welcome to use Hourly Worker Account (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), a desktop application developed by Hourly Worker Account. The App is a local desktop tool running on Windows systems, focusing on local accounting services such as working hours recording and salary calculation, and does not involve the collection, upload, or transmission of any user personal information.

This Privacy Policy is intended to explain the information processing rules of the App. Your installation and use of the App shall be deemed as your acceptance of all the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information Collection and Use

The App is a pure local desktop tool and does not collect, store, upload, or transmit any of your personal information (including but not limited to name, mobile phone number, email address, ID number, etc.), nor does it access sensitive permissions such as your device address book, location, or camera.

• The App only records accounting data such as working hours, salary and work notes you manually fill in. All data storage, calculation and statistics are completed locally on your device, and data will never leave your device;
• The App may generate a small amount of log files locally (only containing application running status and error information, without any personal information) for troubleshooting application faults. Log files are only stored locally on your device and can be manually deleted by you at any time;
• The App will not transmit your accounting data, operation records, or device information to any third parties (including the developer).

3. Data Storage and Protection

All data related to the App (including accounting records, application configurations, and local logs) is only stored locally on your device, and the developer cannot access, view, or control this data.

You are responsible for the backup and security of local data. The developer shall not be liable for data loss caused by device failure, app uninstallation, human operation, or other reasons.

4. Third-Party Libraries

The App integrates some open-source third-party libraries, which are only used to implement core functions such as working hours calculation and data storage. All libraries run locally on your device and do not collect or transmit any data.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The developer may update this Privacy Policy in accordance with laws, regulations, or function adjustments. The updated policy will be announced through in-app notifications or the privacy policy page. Your continued use of the App shall be deemed as your acceptance of the revised policy.
